Reviews Overview

Most Liked

The extensive drink selection, particularly the craft beers and gin library, draws many patrons. You can't overlook the Sunday roast, known for its generous portions and rich flavors.

The friendly staff consistently receive rave reviews for their attentive and accommodating service. Parents appreciate the kid-friendly vibe, while dog owners love that their furry friends are welcome too!

Cleanliness and presentation of the pub also impress visitors, with many noting the idyllic atmosphere that encourages relaxation and socializing.

Most Disliked

The Kings Arms can get quite busy, especially on Friday nights, which might lead to longer wait times during peak hours. Reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment.

Some diners express a craving for more diverse menu options, particularly vegetarian and vegan dishes, despite the existing offerings being solid and satisfying.

A few reviews mentioned noise levels during live performances, which could overshadow conversation, so it might not be the best fit for quieter gatherings.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had such a lovely meal at The Kings Arms in St Osyth! There were 8 of us and every single plate was spot on — all fresh, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. They were amazing with my daughter’s allergies too, really careful and accommodating which made a huge difference. The young waitresses were so kind, sweet and helpful — honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Such a friendly atmosphere and brilliant food — we’ll definitely be back!

We hired the function room alongside the pub’s catering of a food buffet for 50-60 people, for our son’s Christening celebration party. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a family friendly place to hire for an event! Food delicious. Service amazing. Facilities brilliant. Myself & my family & friends all had such a lovely afternoon. Thank you so much! (Sorry we were too busy enjoying ourselves to take photos of the room in action, but here are some before snaps).

Lovely place. Very friendly and welcoming staff. There was a nice choice on the menu. The food looked good and tasted delicious. The pub was very clean and well presented. Discovered they allow dogs which for our family would be a plus. Would recommend this place.

Rachel and the team were fantastic from start to finish. They excepted a booking of 32 (adults and children) The set up was great so we could dine altogether. The food was outstanding, Bree bites and the roast being highlights from our party. Drinks were great as there were lots of options. The atmosphere was fantastic, classic country pub. Would 100% recommend The Kings arms and we are already looking forward to going back.
